Next Gen Refrigeration is now hiring a skilled HVAC Technician!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- service HVAC equipment
- provide excellent customer service
- assist with new-build installations
- work 40+ hours a week, including up to 2 weekends per month (with overtime pay!)
- focus on thoroughly solving the problem the first time around
- Have a valid driver’s license
- able to lift 100 lbs
- Be on your feet most of the day
- work in direct sun and very hot temperatures

THE JOB
Prior experience or schooling is recommended, but not necessary. Pay is DOE. Starts at $25+ for technicians with 5+ years experience and $15+ for technicians with 0-5 years

BONUS

If you will be relocating 50+ miles in order to join our team, we will be offering a $500, one-time moving bonus (when you sign a 6-month contract with us).

If you have more than 5 years of experience, you are eligible to receive your own company vehicle for jobs!

We are a family-owned HVAC company with over 30 years of experience in the field. After our father, grandfather, and owner of Valley Refrigeration passed away last year, we decided to keep the legacy going and became NEXT GEN REFRIGERATION.

We may be a small-town company, but we service a large area including towns from Lincoln County, NV to St. George, UT.
